Do you service/repair strimmers, chainsaws, hedge cutters, or leaf blowers?
Yes, we’ll take a look at all types of domestic garden machinery. If you’re not sure, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise.
Will you take my equipment away with you?
In most cases, yes. We can collect and return your equipment for servicing or repairs. Just get in touch to arrange it. There may be a charge for this depending on the distance.
Your prices are very reasonable. What's the catch?
There’s no catch. We’re a small, family-run business. We keep our overheads low so we can pass on the saving to you. We believe in fair, honest pricing — no hidden fees.
I'm not sure what's wrong with my mower — can you have a look at it?
Absolutely. Bring it in or contact us to arrange a collection, and we’ll diagnose the issue and give you a quote before carrying out any work.
Why do some of your fees say "plus parts if required"?
Our service prices cover labour and checks, but if your machine needs replacement parts (like spark plugs, filters or belts), those are added at cost, we don't inflate the prices and we’ll always let you know before going ahead.

What happens if you find something wrong while you're working on my equipment?
If we discover anything unexpected, we’ll pause the job and get in touch with you to explain the issue and any additional costs before proceeding. No surprises, ever. If we discover a minor fault that's easily fixed we will usually do this free of charge.
